Tryon, NC (May 2, 2016) — Premier Equestrian once again furthers its support of equestrian sports by returning as an Official Partner and Sponsor of Equestrian Sport Productions’ Spring and Summer Series at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Tryon, North Carolina. Premier Equestrian, the world-class footing, dressage arena, and horse jump supplier, has been a longtime sponsor of equestrian events in the United States, such as the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida. The company is excited to have been a sponsor of the Tryon venue since the facility’s inception last year, as the Tryon International Equestrian Center opens many opportunities for riders of all levels to compete in another sector of the nation.

The 1,400-acre premier equestrian facility in Tryon, North Carolina hosts hunter, jumper, and dressage competitions throughout the Spring and Summer show series. Premier Equestrian has returned this spring as the title sponsor of the 0.80m Jumper Series and is thrilled to once again support the continued growth and development of all competitors at the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Premier Equestrian was established in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the year 2000, on the basis of passion and improving the livelihood of horses. In the past, dressage arenas had predominantly been built from chain link fences, plastic water piping, and other materials that could be dangerous if horses placed a wrong foot onto the material.

Premier Equestrian strives to craft safe arenas with the horse’s well being in mind. All products are affordable, are made with high quality ingredients like UV inhibitors and impact modifiers, and boast elegance with functionality. Setting the standard for dressage arena equipment made in the USA, Premier Equestrian is the Official Dressage Arena of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the United States Dressage Federation (USDF).

Tryon dressage competitions will take place in the world-class Premier Equestrian Sundance Arenas with the company’s Berkshire Dressage Letters and beautiful Olympia Flower Boxes. This arena equipment has been utilized at the most elite competitions in the world, such as the 2010 Alltech World Equestrian Games and the 2015 Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Finals.

As competition is already underway for both jumping and dressage, competitors of all disciplines are enjoying the beautiful setting of the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Ashley Holzer ,winner of the venue’s first-ever FEI Grand Prix CDI 3* presented by Adequan, commented on the impressive show grounds. “Honestly, wow,” Holzer said. “I was dumbfounded when I first came here and drove up to this facility. We are so lucky to have the support of individuals who back and sponsor such a great horse show. It takes a vision, and it’s very easy to say you want to act on that vision. This is unbelievable. I will be here with a lot of horses for sure for many years to come. This facility is going to grow the sport in unbelievable ways.”

International jumper Willie Tynan of Spy Coast Farm in Lexington, Kentucky, which specializes in breeding and developing performance horses, competed in the Premier Equestrian 0.80m Jumper Division last year, and plans to return to the Spring and Summer series this year. Tynan and Spy Coast Farm’s young mounts have gained exposure and experience in the division last year, and he plans to turnout a new group of youngsters once again. Tynan stated, “The Premier Equestrian 0.80m Jumper classes at Tryon have been a lot of help because they provide a nice relaxed setting, where the youngsters get show experience without being overwhelmed or burnt out. A lot of shows don’t offer this kind of class, since many shows just have the 1.0m, which is a lot of jump for a four-year-old. The good thing at Tryon is they have the 0.80s, 0.90s, and meter 10s so you can get more mileage,” he explained.

Premier Equestrian supports all riders in their aspirations and is proud to return as a partner of the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Premier Equestrian’s high quality arena products such as horse jumps, arena footing, dressage arenas, and accessories are the superior choice for equestrians. The company’s strong dedication to equestrian sports shines through in everything that it creates, and in sponsorships like that at the Tryon International Equestrian Center and the Adequan Global Dressage Festival.
