There are varying grades of PVC (vinyl) fencing. Our motto is safety first. We use the highest quality vinyl on the market with impact modifiers and extra UV protectors, making our dressage arena fence products last longer and look better. Our PVC is stronger and more flexible than standard fence materials, and has higher impact ratings so arena rails are less likely to shatter.

Most of our arenas feature one-piece, molded base cones. Cones and rails are designed to pop out easily if a horse leg were to impact. Impact modifiers and extra UV protection is engineered into our PVC so it wonโt shatter or fade. Rails arrive cut to exact lengths so your finished arena size comes out perfect.

Set up on your indoor or outdoor footing, or on the grass. We also include extra features to add weight for windy areas. Our permanent or portable dressage arena can be customized to fit your needs.
Slide-on bottom plates allow for sand in the Sundance arena cones for extra wind stability.
The Brentina cone is hollow to allow for water or sand.
The Classic and Jr. Classic include post anchors to stake down the arena.
Low Maintenance
Parts can be cleaned with a mild detergent, hosed off, and wiped down. Melamine cleaning sponges (Magic Eraser) work great. No painting, hardware, or moving parts to maintain.

Receiving Your Ground Delivery

Ground Delivery Truck
Please call us if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
If the packages are delivered while youโre away and there is damage, please contact us immediately. Photograph the damaged packages before opening. This will assist us in making a claim.
Before the Driver Leaves:
1. Count your boxes against the delivery receipt
2. Check for damage.
3. Notate missing or damaged boxes on the delivery receipt.
We can’t help you if damage and/or missing items aren’t noted on the driver’s delivery receipt. You will have to file the claim and prove this occurred during shipment.
4. Accept the entire delivery so the driver can leave.
Photograph damaged packages and call Premier Equestrian within 72 hrs. (800-611-6109). We will file a freight claim and replace damaged products.

If you are not satisfied with your products, for any reason, just return them to us within 30 days from the date of receipt, and we will cheerfully refund your money, less shipping charges, 5% restocking fee, and the 3% merchant Credit Card fee. If the product being returned requires us to clean or repair it we will obviously ask you to pay for the work. We want you to be satisfied and we go to great lengths to make our customers happy.
When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 7 days. Sometimes it does take longer. The challenge is that many of our products are built to order. Larger orders (like jump courses) may require additional time. We are investing in additional resources to achieve our turn around goal. Just ask about the current production schedule upon placing your order.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. There will be a 5% restocking fee, if you cancel prior to shipping (this covers our handling costs). If you decide to cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, the 3% merchant Credit Card fee, and the 5% restocking fee.

Freight Delivery Truck Access
Please call us if you have any questions or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
A freight truck between 28 – 53 feet long will deliver your product(s). Youโll receive tracking information with an ESTIMATED delivery date.
The shipping company will call you 24 hrs. before delivery. At that time please give them any special access instructions or directions.
The truck will need access to your property and a place to turn around. If you have a dirt road or limited access, please let us know so we can make arrangements prior to delivery.
Delivery Instructions for Dressage Arenas
Crate Arrival: To alleviate damage during transit, your dressage arena has the rails and cones on separate pallets.
Offloading: The rails and cones will need to be offloaded by hand in their respective cartons.ย The driver should help facilitate the offload.
Inspect Freight: Please make sure to inspect the freight for any obvious damage before the driver leaves. If there is damage, accept the cargo, sign the delivery receipt โdamagedโ and call Premier at 800-611-6109.ย From there, we will file the freight claim on your behalf.

DELIVERY DETAILS
Crate Arrival: Your product will arrive fully assembled within a wooden crate to prevent damage during transit.
Offloading: Offloading the crate from the truck is your responsibility. You will need a forklift or a tractor with forks. In some cases, a lift gate can assist in lowering the pallet to the ground.
Forklift Requirements: Please arrange for a forklift or tractor with a lift capacity suitable for the weight of your product (see below).
Inspect Freight: Inspect the freight for any obvious damage before the driver leaves. If there is damage, accept the cargo, sign the delivery receipt as โdamaged,โ and call Premier at 800-611-6109. We will file the freight claim on your behalf.
Crate Opening: Opening the crate requires a hammer and prybar.

Truck Arrival: In most instances, the delivering freight truck will come with a lift gate, and the driver will offload the pallets to the ground level. The driver needs a hard-packed surface like concrete or asphalt to do this. The driver will only get the pallets off the truck; you are responsible for moving them to their final location on your property. Discuss any concerns regarding accessibility with your sales representative.

Full Truckloads or Larger Shipments: Your sales representative will discuss exactly what needs to be in place to receive the freight truck. In most cases, you will need a forklift, pallet jack, and offloading help.
