Delivery Truck Access

freight truck delivery

COVID has slowed down shipping times. We’ll discuss exact times when you place your order. Once the Water Wagon ships, you will get an invoice and tracking information.

A freight truck up to 53 feet long will deliver your Premier Water Wagon. The trucking company will call to schedule an appointment for delivery. The carrier will deliver to the end of your driveway or commercial dock. You are responsible for assisting in the offloading process. You are required to move your order from the end of your driveway to your desired location. If you do not have appropriate machinery, you may be required to assemble your equipment and tow it from the end of your driveway.

Some carriers will not drive down dirt or limited access roads. If you live on a dirt road or believe the truck may have access trouble, please contact us immediately. We may need to arrange additional services or plan for an alternate delivery location. Changes in delivery plans and services may incur additional charges and time.

Unloading The Truck

The Premier Water Wagon is delivered on a pallet. Unless you previously arranged for roll off services, offloading from the truck is your responsibility.

An authorized individual, that is at least 18 years of age, MUST be present at the time of delivery to conduct the delivery inspection. Also, this person MUST be skilled in the operation of any machinery required to be used during the offloading process, such as a forklift or tractor with a front-end loader. You may need to have snips, a utility knife, work gloves, safety boots, and safety glasses available for the inspection process.

You will be charged for the services listed on your Sales Order. You may be required to pay additional charges if additional services are needed to deliver or offload your order.

Inspect the delivery before the driver leaves.

We cannot help you if damage isn’t noted on the driverโ€™s delivery receipt. You will have to file the claim and prove the damage occurred during shipment.

Upon delivery, you must thoroughly inspect your purchase for damage or shortages (missing pieces). You may need to remove shrink-wrap, banding, or packaging to visibly inspect your order.

Premier Equestrian nor the carrier will be responsible for damage or shortage if you do not indicate on the document the delivery driver asks you to sign (BOL).

Damage to the pallet or packaging doesn’t necessarily mean your Water Wagon is damaged. If you suspect hidden damage, indicate ‘possible damage’ on the delivery slip. Sign to receive it, then photograph the damage and call us.

If you have any questions about what constitutes damage or shortage please call us at 801-446-1857 or 800-611-6109 before the driver leaves.

Will Call/Customer Pick Up

If you selected a carrier or factory pickup option, the carrier or Premier Equestrian will contact you when the order becomes available for pickup. Please ensure your vehicle or trailer has the appropriate space and payload capacity to transport your new equipment legally.

Please be sure to inspect the equipment and sign for any damages or shortages BEFORE accepting the shipment. Damage and shortage must be notated on the document the carrier provides you.
