Shipping Warranty

Premier Groomers delivered by a freight truck. The trucking company will call to schedule an appointment for delivery. When speaking to the trucking company, talk to them about the size of the truck and how to get in and out of your property.

Groomers are shipped on a pallet with a freight truck that may include a lift gate for offloading. The 7’ and 8’ Groomers may be too large in some cases for the lift gate. If the groomer is too large for the lift gate you will need a forklift (or equivalent) to offload your groomer. Your equipment used for offloading will need to lift at least 1,500 lbs.

The Premier Groomer is warranted for twelve (12) months from the date of the original invoice against defects in materials and/or workmanship but only when put to the normal and designed consumer and commercial uses and in accordance with the user instruction manual provided with the Premier Groomer and instructions on the Premier Equestrian website or marketing materials specific to a Premier Groomer.
